Clinical Site Supervisor

A nonexempt position responsible for providing supervision to the staff, serving as backup support.  Works closely with other managers and physicians to ensure physician/clinician and patient appointment and hospital procedure preferences are met. Also responsible for providing triage (sorting/prioritizing patients) telephone service to ensure prompt identification of patients with high-risk conditions and for providing care to patients.

Education: LPN or Medical Assistant with Supervisory Experience; On-the-job training in triage.

Experience: Minimum five years of experience as LPN or MA; two years of supervisory experience in a medical practice setting, one to two years of telephone triage experience. Preferred scheduling experience.

Other Requirements: Current state RN/LPN license or Medical Assistant Certification.
