Dr. Travis Magdaleno DO was born and raised in southern New Jersey. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Rowan University where he graduated with honors. He then received his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. After graduating medical school, he moved to the Lehigh Valley where he completed the remainder of his training at Lehigh Valley Health Network. His training entailed a 3 year internal medicine residency followed by an additional year as the chief medical resident. Afterwards, he completed 3 years of general gastroenterology fellowship training before embarking on an additional year of training in interventional endoscopy. During his training he developed and assisted with a number of research protocols within the realm of pancreatic and biliary diseases and continues to participate in clinical trials. He is currently double board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and is involved in the education of the surgical and gastroenterology training programs.  His practice primarily focuses on diseases of the pancreas and biliary tree as well as resection/treatment of advanced lesions of the digestive tract. He looks forward to meeting and helping new patients within the Lehigh Valley.

During his free time he enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and two daughters. He enjoys watching the Eagles and being active outdoors.
